1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.
During peak periods, promotional events, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.
2. Dispatch Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active within the courier’s system.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect contact information supplied by the customer
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.
6. Delivery and Risk
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the nominated delivery address.
If you believe a parcel has been marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us promptly so we can assist in investigating the matter with the delivery provider.

7. Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or cannot be located:

Investigation timeframes are determined by the courier and may vary.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

- The parcel is unclaimed;
- The delivery address is incorrect;
- The courier cannot safely complete delivery.
Where an order is returned, we may offer:
- Re-dispatch of the order (additional shipping charges may apply); or
- A refund of the product value, less any non-refundable shipping costs incurred.
9. International Orders
At this time, DM AROMA COLLECTION primarily ships within Australia.
If international shipping is offered in the future:
- Delivery times will vary by destination.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
- Customs clearance delays are outside our control.
