1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and sealed products.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Returns must be initiated within 7 or 14 days from the date of delivery.
Wholesale/bulk orders are non-refundable unless the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used cosmetic/beauty products
Items not in their original packaging
Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@turkeylots.store within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for verification.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Process
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our side.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
